Goin' nowhere picking up speed, end in sight and the pressure's on me Ain't no tellin' what forever gon' be but right now is now, and who's better than we? Better than us, and if trust is an issue, there's only this feeling that we have to commit to. Only this night--then the trip is done, then we off track like our tickets punched And if we crash and if we burn, at least we tried and at least we learned that feeling in the air They can tell its us, we took the leap and we fell in lust--us The first time you miss out you won't forget it, and seconds turn into hours that you will spend regretting, It's your third strike--it's your last chance to change your mind So don't stop--don't breathe. You might slip away from me. Let's get lost before this moment is gone. It could end so beautifully... This my chance i see it, my pulse pumping like speakers This one day on this ride, feel like I'm so alive, See, it's written in the sky, I could have you just this time Lord forgive us if we die, at least this world will know we tried Black coat--no disguise, no makeup, show them eyes I just wanna show them guys, we clicked and its no surprise You should know: this is life, this could be so outta sight Turn it up, let's melt this ice, let's be selfish for the night The first time you miss out you won't forget it, And seconds turn into hours that you will spend regretting. It's your third strike--it's your last chance So don't stop--don't breathe you might slip away from me. Don't stop--don't think. You won't slip away from me, this moment... And it's times like these, I remember the summer-- I should have known our days were numbered. From the moment that we met eyes, my head swimming, baby we made love and the world stopped spinning, Let's just surrender, its now or never... So don't stop--don't breathe you might slip away from me. Don't stop--don't think. You won't slip away from me, this moment... It could end so beautifully.

When a heart is broken, it means that part of an unspoken bond is gone. And when it's gone, it's harder to get along. Moving on is impossible, but dammit that's all I can do. I force myself, cuz--if not, I'm forcing you. I'm open to a lot of things that you closin off, you wide awake in our relationship--I'm dozin off. Don't mean I don't care, just means I'm dreamin, baby doll. And I know it seems crazy--but baby I'm... I'm a heart, I'm a heartbreaker. She's a love, she's a love maker, and you know sooner or later, we gotta let it go now... She's a breath, she's a breath-taker, and I'm a move, I'm a move maker--and she's a love, she's a love faker. Here we go now... I tried to tell her from the get-go that I was hard to let go. And since she love me right back she probably think I'm schizo. She probably thinking retro: she wanna bring it back. But I'm just living in the present, that's why it's a wrap. I got a gift for this, she say I ain't givin back. I guess we both just gotta figure where our head's is at. I know where her heart lies--she know where mine is. Maybe it's not our time...maybe we're timeless. I'm a heart, I'm a heartbreaker. She's a love, she's a love maker, and you know sooner or later, we gotta let it go now... Let it go, let it go now. There's things that you don't know now--things that we can never wash away. Here we go, here we go now, but there's things that you should know now. You and I will find another way. It's crazy lady, because things have changed. That's why I feel the blame pullin on my heart-strings. You probably sitting wishing time would just stop--and I'm just doing long-division on my wristwatch. Try to map it out, where we went wrong. You got a fragile heart, and me, I'm headstrong. And all the cussing fightin--damn, I'm off of that. And someday maybe we'll get back to where we started at.

You're the wrong one--I don't know who you are. It's killin' me--it's gone too far. Tell me how we got wrapped up, did it start with you or did I act up? Let's be real, did I make you feel like I wasn't gonna be your center? My champagne magenta, my eyes going bloodshot There will be no comeback, no, cuz you're a cold one Ohh, I know you well. I know you well. I knew you were the the wrong one ohh And I can tell, and you can tell. There's no one else... It's just that you're the wrong one--I don't know who you are. And when we talk you just be tearing me apart. It's killin' me--it's gone too far. You are the wound, so you'll heal, but I'm the scar. You're the wrong one--I don't know who you are. Talkin' talkin' talkin' talkin' tearin' me apart. It's killin' me--it's gone too far. You're the wrong one for me. Love has caused some of the deepest wounds that we feel, and why not? It is the sharpest weapon we wield. And we will keep changing' hon'. It's in our roots, and it stretches to the branches that we hanging from. Ain't it fun? While it last-- slipping notes while in class, and all that changed to slitting throats and it happened fast. Damn its hard, damn its true. You've damaged me--I've damaged you. So maybe you're the wrong one--I don't know who you are. Are we star crossed lovers? Were me made for each other? Take me--take me by the hand so I can feel you tremble one last time. You're the wrong one Yeh! I used to think you'd always be my lover, but all I had was somebody who could play the part. It's killin' me--it's gone too far I think it's time that we moved on. You're the wrong one And I don't know if you hearing me, I gotta wake up from this nightmare we're in. It's killin' me--it's gone too far And as far as it's gone, it's gonna end here.

I wanna know who you are now, and I wanna where you've been. Cuz somehow you found your way into my life again, but, my friend--everything was changed the day you left. Look. I know everybody's got their reasons, and I probably shouldn't blame you for leavin' But I do anyway, and every day without ya, has got me feeling like the Phantom of the fuckin' opera. Mask on, dead inside to this world a legend, So I'm just dying through my music 'til this world is heaven. I know hell, I know well now, where I have been, so I know how quickly violins can turn to violence. Ohhh you're so predictable. You were so quick to go, when you were needed most. But here we are now and where'd you go then? And were you gonna come back home? How am I supposed to feel when you hold that over what's real? Like you don't know who to love, and I don't know what to say, and then I choke and it comes: you put your self-love over your blood. Now you in trouble with us--welcome to trust. Some day we'll all bleed to dust, and what's left? Ohhh you're so predictable. You were so quick to go when you were needed most. Ohhh it's just a ritual. I'll be the first to say, "You need me the most." So how am I supposed to feel about it? Everything changed the day you left. And you know--you left a mess. But now I know what to expect: nothing at all. Nothing all. The way I see it, now it's over. So don't ask me to be open to it later--this is closure. And you can take your jabs, but I'ma stick and move cuz, Ohhh you're so predictable. And now it's written cold words--something pivotal. It's crazy how you fit the mold and I just didn't know, and now I know a real monster's nothin' fictional, and since I know the way you act, I'm trippin' that this isn't over. You're so predictable.
